Privacy notice

Ezoran Artificial Intelligence Solutions W.L.L. ("Ezoran"), Office 1512, Al Jazeera Tower, West Bay, Doha, Qatar, is responsible for personal data collected through ezoran.ai. We follow Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form or by email or WhatsApp: your name, company, email address, phone number and message. If you choose to send your AI Readiness Check results, we receive your scores and sector too.

The AI Readiness Check

The check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not stored or sent anywhere unless you choose to include the results in a message to us.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal you asked for, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Form messages are delivered to our mailbox through a form-delivery service (Web3Forms). Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. If website analytics are enabled, Google Analytics measures visits in aggregate.

Web3Forms processes form messages on servers in the United States, and Cloudflare may serve and protect the website from data centres outside Qatar. By using the contact form, your message passes through these services before it reaches us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted from our records within 24 months. Web3Forms is configured to delete its stored form submissions after 7 days; this does not delete copies already delivered to our mailbox.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected].
